ISE recruits US programmer analysts directly from top universities. This allows ISE to mentor and groom each US employee to deliver the high quality customer service and responsiveness that our customers love. In India candidates must pass a rigorous interview process lasting several hours that tests communication, application of cognitive thinking to programming, and testing ability. On average only 1 in 5 candidates pass our screening process.
