ISE ISN'T A NEW STARTUP WITH HIGH RISK.

ISE is a proven company lead by our founder, Bruce Barker.  Bruce has built ISE twice, once during the 90s as a solely US business and then over the last 15 years reshaping and rebuilding ISE after starting his company in India.  ISE has solid and consistent growth as shown by our yearly revenue below.

ISE also visits a city with a sales trip where 20-30 target companies are contacted 2-3 weeks in advance setting up in person sales meetings. Currently ISE uses marketing interns to do the research and as the President is the only salesperson for ISE, sales trips are limited.

GROWING

ISE already has enough client demand to double by
mid-2017.  ISE has multiple current marketing interns that will be candidates for full time salespeople starting in the summer of 2017.  A full time salesperson plus continued use of interns will generate sufficient new customers to allow ISE to grow at 30% or more going forward.

The two biggest obstacles that could slow down the growth of ISE are lack of manpower for sales and lack of office expansion in India. ISE needs to build a sales team over the next 5 years to eliminate dependence on our founder as the only in-person salesperson. ISE also needs to shift the research currently done by interns to a permanent position to avoid retraining.

Both of ISE's offices in India are nearly full. ISE also needs to expand into other cities such as Chennai or Pune to aid in recruiting. Opening a new office in India requires an 11 month security deposit usually estimating $40,000, plus the furnishings for the office.
